The new SouthSide Gateways Building on Broad Street in Providence is a mix of moderately priced business condominiums and residential apartments. Developed by Stop Wasting Abandoned Property Inc. (SWAP), the three-story building has apartments on the upper floors and storefronts on the ground level.
