How do you encourage your staff to live more environmentally sustainable lives? By walking the walk with a commitment to renewable energy. The NBC is producing more than 70% of its power through wind turbines, solar arrays and biogas generation.

How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Our responsibility to clean water and protecting public health permeates the agency culture. The mission is serious, but the collective commitment breeds collegiality and respect.
