Does your company offer employees work-from-home options? Yes. However, post-pandemic, the majority of our employees will return to the office.

What role do diversity and inclusion play in your hiring and promotion decisions? We have an equal opportunity employer committee that meets on a regular basis to review current data, hiring practices and to establish goals for our affirmative action plan.

Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? Our preference is to always look internally first. Our motivation is to ensure the person assuming the role has the requisite industry and company knowledge, and continue to create growth opportunities for our current staff.
