PROVIDENCE – Citizens Digital Butler, a secure and personalized digital onboarding and servicing solution, has received both the 2023 BAI Global Innovation Award and the 2023 Impact Award for Customer Experience from Datos Insights, Citizens Financial Group Inc. announced.
Regarded as “the premier innovation honor for the financial services industry,” according to a news release announcing the awards, the BAI Global Innovation Awards recognize companies that have developed unique innovations that improve customer and business relationships, drive organizational improvement or serve their communities.

BAI also recognized Ross Pringle, Citizens senior vice president, with its BAI Rising Star Award, which celebrates “up-and-coming innovative leaders who are passionate, intellectually curious and making a positive impact within their organization and the financial services industry,” according to the release.
The Datos Insights annual awards program honors financial institutions that introduce new products and capabilities that bring the industry closer to next-generation banking. Award winners are selected based on several criteria, including innovation, competitive advantage, impact on customer experience and scalability.
