How would you describe the culture of your workplace? The fact that we all own the company together sets the tone. Most of us “think like an owner,” which fosters an exceptionally productive, cooperative and committed culture.
How has your company adapted programs and services in response to challenges such as workforce shortages and staff burnout? We have started to utilize stronger recruiting and hiring best practices. Our corporate human resources department has become heavily involved to better assist management teams and create a better experience for them and candidates alike, with a quick turnaround time to fill roles with the most qualified candidates.
Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? We prefer to hire from within to provide advancement opportunities for our employees and to minimize the risks associated with outside hires.
