The sale was the highest sale in North Kingstown to date, according to MLS data.

The seller, Brian F. Stainken, was represented by the Phipps Team of Phipps Realty. The buyer, Angela Kardel Ardolic, trustee of the North Kingstown Realty Trust, was represented by Kira Greene, a sales associate of the Greene|Sweeney Team at Residential Properties.
The property was last assessed at $1.1 million. Stainken purchased the property in 2003 for $1.4 million, according to property records.
