How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Our team members are empowered to make a difference, where we take care of our members and community to assist in making consistent and sound financial decisions.
How do you support community service work by your employees? We sponsor community involvement through our charitable collections with monthly dress-down programs, volunteerism and employee managed community-focused events.
What was a new employee benefit or initiative in the past 12 months? We have augmented our retirement 401(k) program by offering diverse investment opportunities and reducing the wait period for enrollment. We also expanded life insurance plans to family members.
