Pats’ Bruschi, SBLI extend endorsement deal

WOBURN, Mass. – The Savings Bank Life Insurance Co. of Massachusetts (SBLI) has signed a two-year extension of its endorsement agreement with New England Patriots linebacker Tedy Bruschi, which began in September 2007.
Under the agreement, Bruschi will be the voice and face of SBLI’s new radio, print, billboard and Internet advertising campaign, entitled “Unbeatable Coverage.”
SBLI’s existing agreement with the New England Patriots will continue the company’s advertising presence on the airwaves with the sponsorship of the weekly Tedy Bruschi interview on “Patriots Monday” and “Patriots Friday” on the WEEI Radio Network.
Additional exposure includes print advertising in Patriots Football Weekly; in-stadium signage; and use of the New England Patriots brand in advertising.
“Tedy Bruschi has been a wonderful partner and spokesperson for SBLI over the past year, and we are thrilled to be continuing our relationship with him for another two years,” said SBLI President and CEO Robert K. Sheridan. “Tedy has been a no-nonsense player his entire career and the New England Patriots are one of the most beloved and celebrated football teams in history, and we are honored and excited to have them on the SBLI team.”
