Paula Foster has been selected as interim executive director of HealthTouch/VNA of Care New England. She will be responsible for clinical programs including home care, geriatric care management, postpartum doula services and personal emergency response systems. Before joining HealthTouch as assistant director in 1999, she held managerial positions at the VNA of Care New England. She has a B.S. in nursing from the University of Rhode Island.
