What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We host Staff Appreciation Week twice a year in June and December to recognize and celebrate our team’s hard work. We host celebrations for Portugal Day, St. Patrick’s Day, St. Joseph’s Day, Hispanic Heritage Month, Black History Month and more. Seasonal activities such as Halloween costume contests and the festive holiday “Jingle & Mingle” ugly sweater contest add to the community spirit.

What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? In January 2025, we launched a new wellness initiative called Thrive 365, reinforcing our commitment to supporting employee well-being year-round. Thrive 365 represents a more intentional and impactful approach to promoting health and wellness in the workplace.

How do you support community service work by your employees? In September, we joined ALS United RI for their “CEO Challenge,” where employees donated for the chance to soak our CEO and executive director, Carol Ventura. The event raised more than $1,800 to support critical ALS research and services for families affected by the disease.
