What three words best describe your staff? Intelligent, persistent, high-achieving.
How do you support professional development and job training for your employees? We offer an array of training and development opportunities that focus on enhancing technical and soft skills and leadership training both on- and off-site. We also provide and encourage utilization of our learning-management system, which gives employees access to online training courses, videos and books at any time.
What was a new employee benefit or initiative in 2017? Last year, we introduced a new employee-assistance program that really focuses on the health and well-being of our employees. We deeply care about them and want to ensure they have the resources and support they need at any given time, which is extremely important to our organization.
