How has COVID-19 impacted your work-life balance? I’ve learned to plan ahead and reimagine all events as virtual and engaging formats. I’ve had to learn to incorporate exercise into a daily routine, learn to shut down the computer, create a designed workspace in our home and to prioritize time with my husband over anything else.
What is the best advice you have ever received? My father has a saying: “The minute you start comparing yourself to someone else is the minute you start losing a piece of who you are.”
What is your greatest attribute that you bring to your job? The ability to creatively think outside the box. The passion that I bring to help others. The ability to inspire and lead.
What is your favorite Rhode Island food or drink? Clam cakes and chowder.
