What support programs has your company offered employees to help cope with the COVID-19 pandemic? We’ve offered flex work schedules, virtual learning and development opportunities, employee recognition and other benefits to support the current work environment including COVID-19 time-off policy, child care reimbursement benefit, one-time paid-time-off carryover and a home office stipend.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? It’s a special culture where we had a unique opportunity to build a team in Smithfield when Rubius acquired the manufacturing site. We’re fueled by our purpose to create life-changing cellular therapies and our team is extremely dedicated, but we also have fun.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We have introduced programs, including ahealthyme by Virgin Pulse to support health and wellness tracking. We’ve also introduced a new and enhanced employee assistance program. We continue to offer an annual fitness reimbursement as well.
