How has COVID-19 impacted your work-life balance? COVID-19 has helped me learn that I have the flexibility to shift my attention and reevaluate my roles quickly. I was able to see what I needed to do to be a responsive leader and take care of my personal life.

Where do you see yourself in five years? I see myself continuing to focus on social justice, finding ways to develop/mentor a diverse workforce and leaders, and possibly pursue a law degree.

What advice would you give your 22-year-old self? Step back and enjoy life a bit; it’s not that serious.

What is your greatest attribute that you bring to your job? Building trusting relationships that allow people the autonomy to grow and lead.

What is your favorite Rhode Island food or drink? Rhode Island clam chowder.
