How do you encourage employee engagement? We count our employees as our most valuable resource and encourage engagement through a number of programs, including the Performance and Career Excellence program, through which employees are paired with a mentor who meets with them quarterly to discuss all aspects of their professional and personal development and provides employees with a thorough evaluation of their performance.
