Does your company offer employees work-from-home options? Yes, in March, our entire company began working from home – and remains in this flexible workplace space to this day. Thankfully, because we are a managed service provider, our entire team was ready to go and never skipped a beat thanks to the technology we use internally and provide to our clients.
How do you support community service work by your employees? We team volunteers extensively for Boy Scouts group leading/supporting meetings, donate computers to GoodWill, donated computers to Clinica Esperanza/Hope Clinic, a free, volunteer-run clinic for the uninsured, and also monetarily donate to local sports teams, the Rhode Island [Community] Food Bank and other local organizations.
Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? Our promote from within philosophy has had a great impact on retention and is definitely our preference.
