Washington Trust declares 21 cent dividend

WESTERLY – The board of directors of Washington Trust Bancorp Inc. (NASDAQ: WASH) last week declared a quarterly dividend of 21 cents per share for the quarter ending June 30. The dividend is unchanged from the previous quarter. Shareholders of record on June 30 will receive payment on July 10.
Meanwhile, the directors at Independent Bank Corp. (NASDAQ: INDB), the parent of Rockland Trust Co., announced an 18 cents per share dividend for stockholders of record at the close of business on June 30. That dividend is unchanged from the fourth quarter. The dividend will be paid on July 10 for shareholders of record on June 29.
