Web-based software assesses performance

PAWTUCKET – WhyData Inc. announced on Dec. 17 that it has successfully deployed its Web-based software solution at Silicon Valley Bank.
WhyData’s Ability Suite is Web-based software that measures, analyzes and reports operational service performance, service quality and service risk.
The Ability Suite addresses the increasing complexity of effectively and efficiently measuring and managing operational services and processes. It also provides financial-services executives with the information necessary to better control their areas of responsibility and increase the accuracy of investment decisions.
The company’s work with Silicon Valley Bank focused on maximizing efficiency and reducing costs in the commercial bank’s evolving business model. Using WhyData software, the bank was able to identify and prioritize key areas for improvement to the business. In addition, the Ability Suite provides the bank with tools for prediction and analysis of emerging business trends.
