Megan Johnson has joined Webster Bank as Vice President, Associate Relationship Manager. Megan partners with Webster Bank’s Rhode Island banking centers to help small businesses improve cash flow and provides financial solutions to help small businesses grow and expand.
Johnson comes to Webster from Coastway Community Bank, now HarborOne Bank, where she was Vice President, Business Lender Associate and Regional Sales Manager. She created a business development training program for all nine Coastway branches and was the team leader charged with launching a companywide client relationship program (CRM).
