On June 26, 2012, Chris Whitney, Esq. will be speaking at the Boston Bar Association CLE program “Trying a Construction Case: Pretrial Considerations and E-Discovery Issues.” The session will track issues from pretrial considerations through trial and conclude with an update on E-Discovery issues.

Whitney is a partner of Little Medeiros Kinder Bulman & Whitney, PC. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Georgetown University Law Center, has over twenty nine years of trial experience, jury and non-jury, in the state and federal courts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He is a Fellow in the American College of Construction Lawyers, has been a member of the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial and Construction Panels for many years, and is a former member of the Governing Committee of the American Bar Association’s Forum on the Construction Industry. Chris has published extensively on construction and design issues, and is a frequent lecturer on construction law topics.
