What employee recognition program does your staff like the most? We have a Legion of Honor through which associates recognize each other for a job well-done, exceeding customer expectations. We announce the winners at our annual summer picnic, giving recognition in front of the entire organization.
How do you encourage employee engagement? Every day I will ask someone “teach me something new.” I do this throughout the organization, from the production floor to the marketing team, new associates and my “old timers.”
What won’t you tolerate in the workplace? Dishonesty. We are an open and transparent organization, we have no room for dishonesty.
