What support programs has your company offered employees to help cope with the COVID-19 pandemic? We made some changes to our existing wellness program to provide our associates with additional support and resources. We have also been communicating on a regular and frequent basis to all team members via video and email to keep everyone updated on the latest COVID-19 information.

What role do diversity and inclusion play in your hiring and promotion decisions? We believe diversity and inclusion is a business imperative and we are working together toward making it an essential and valued part of our culture. How do you support community service work by your employees? August kicked off our CBIZ Cares Volunteering program …where we typically spend time at area organizations and volunteer our time. Volunteering this year will look a bit different, so this year we are giving our employees the option to volunteer up to five hours of paid community service time either remotely or individually at a charity of their choice.
