Navigant taps Fiserv for DNA processing

BROOKFIELD, Wis. – Navigant Credit Union has selected the DNA processing platform from Fiserv Inc.,, according to a press release.

DNA is a 24/7 continuous, real-time platform that employs a relational data model designed around the person, not the transaction, so Navigant staff can securely view complete profiles of their retail and commercial customers by person, product or account, according to the press release.
Navigant will also implement a comprehensive solution set from Fiserv, including card services debit processing, payments network for ATMs and point of sale access; a system for consumer, home equity and small business loan origination; wire transfer processing; and systems for document imaging, voice response, customer relationship management and business intelligence.
