Julie D. S. Chapman has been named executive vice president and chief operation officer at Bristol County Savings Bank. Prior to joining the bank in 2002, Chapman spent 10 years as a bank examiner with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, where she earned two commissions. Chapman earned bachelor’s degrees in finance and economics from Syracuse University. •
