William Hancur has been elected to the board of directors of the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology. He is an associate medical director for behavioral health at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island. Prior to joining Blue Cross in 2000, Hancur had worked for Harvard Pilgrim Health Care for 27 years. He earned his Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Rhode Island. •
