Sam Hanna has been promoted to president and chief operating officer of Webster Capital Finance, the equipment financing subsidiary of Webster Bank. He joined Webster Bank in 2006 as senior vice president/regional manager, commercial real estate lending. Hanna will now oversee the repositioning of the subsidiary from a national equipment lender to a regional lender covering the northeast. •
