Janell M. Hayes Bruno has been appointed to the board of directors of Wood River Health Services Inc. She is vice president and mortgage officer for Washington Trust Co. Hayes Bruno holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Rhode Island. She serves on the boards of the Literacy Volunteers of Washington County, the South Shore Center and the Westerly Education Endowment Fund. •
