Robert Bikash has been appointed director of finance and administration at Gencorp Insurance Group. Prior to joining Gencorp, Bikash served as finance director and business manager at a landscape architecture firm. He has also been a financial-project manager for the R.I. Department of Administration. Bikash holds an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. •
