Joshua Smerdon has been appointed pastry chef at the Wyndham Bay Voyage Inn. He most recently served as pastry chef at Le Gorce Country Club in Miami Beach, Fla., and at the Versace Mansion in South Beach, Fla. He holds an associate’s degree in baking and pastry Arts from the Culinary Institute of America. Smerdon served is externship under Master Pastry Chef Cheryl Emerson at the Mount Washington Resort in Bretton Woods, N.H. •
