Michael L. Carey has been appointed senior counsel at Pannone Lopes Devereaux &West LLC. Carey specializes in municipal infrastructure and law, government affairs, and state and local procurement. He most recently served as a partner at Jacobowitz & Gubits LLP. He earned his B.A. at Seton Hall University and his J.D. at Seton Hall University School of Law.
