Wayne Carvalho has been appointed vice president of commercial lending at First Citizens’ Federal Credit Union. In his new position, Carvalho will be responsible for all commercial lending within the credit union. He has more than 20 years of experience in banking, most recently serving as vice president of commercial lending at Mechanics Cooperative Bank. Carvalho is an alumnus of multiple schools, and is currently enrolled in ongoing business programs at Harvard University. •
