Patricia Rocha has been appointed chairwoman of the board of bar of admissions by Chief Judge Mary M. Lisi. This will be Rocha’s second term in the position, and she was the first woman in the history of the board to serve as chair. Rocha will be responsible for overseeing the court’s Attorney Admissions Program and the administering of mandatory instruction on federal practices, with a focus on local practices and procedures. •
