Sandra C. Donnelly has been named specialized underwriter at Narragansett Bay Insurance Co. She will participate in the selection of agents and their clients, review risk characteristics, perform audits and assist with the training of agents. Previously, Donnelly was a personal lines underwriter and senior service representative with Travelers Insurance for five years. She has a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. •
