Joseph Phommasith has been named associate director at Rickman Group. He will address the strategic-planning and fundraising needs of Shape Up RI, as well as other nonprofit clients and corporate entities. Previously, Phommasith was attaché at the African Presidential Archives and Research Center at Boston University. He has a B.A. in international relations from Boston University. •
