William R. Mahoney has been named vice president and financial consultant in the investment management group at Rockland Trust. Mahoney will provide investment and insurance products and services to customers in the communities of Attleboro, North Attleboro, Foxborough and Franklin. He has a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.A. in education from Harvard University. •
