Rhonda M. Duckworth has been named vice president and branch manager at Washington Trust Company. She will oversee the sales and service activities, including growth initiatives, through sales and business development activities at the Bank’s North Kingstown office. She has more than 20 years of retail banking experience and is treasurer for the North Kingstown Historic Downtown Merchants Association. •
