Susan Klawans has been named vice president and corporate director of client satisfaction at Gilbane Building Co. She will work with Gilbane’s regions, peer groups and centers of excellence to promote client satisfaction throughout the company. She has been with the company for almost 25 years and has led projects involving Sun Microsystems and Rhode Island Hospital. She has a B.S. from Brown University. •
