Francis A. Connor III has been named administrative partner in the Providence office of Taylor Duane Barton & Gilman, a civil litigation firm. Connor’s responsibilities will include overseeing the firm’s finances, facilitating discussions at attorney and partner meetings and supervising the administrative staff. He will maintain a full caseload, including his trial and appellate work. ̶ •
