Michael R. Souza has been named vice president of finance at the Hospital Association of Rhode Island (HARI). Souza will direct member services in the areas of hospital finance, data collection and analysis, and reimbursement. Previously, he served as corporate controller at Signature Healthcare. He has a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and an M.A. from Bridgewater State College. •
