Dan A. Bianco Jr. has been elected to the board of governors of the Boys & Girls Club of Providence. Bianco is an international representative with the Laborers’ International Union of North America, responsible for managing national contracts in the New England region. Bianco conducts conferences with national contractors and local unions, facilitates labor-related issues and oversees jurisdictional disputes. •
