John Caito has been promoted to executive vice president at Dama Jewelry Technology Inc. In his new role, he will be responsible for all overseas communication and domestic-manufacturing operations. Caito worked for 20 years as vice president of global operations at K & M Associates. He has a B.A. in industrial engineering from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA from Northeastern University. •
