Paul Lefebvre has been named technical director at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport.
He will be the senior civilian employee, responsible for stewarding NUWC Division Newport’s technical capabilities to develop science, technology and innovation, and executing the business operations of the division.
He has a doctorate in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in management.
