She will oversee FCC compliance and work on corporate transactions, including acquisitions, investments, partnerships, joint ventures and divestitures.
She previously worked at Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP.
Whalen has a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School.
