Don Smith has been appointed new product manager for Vertex Distribution in Pawtucket. In his new role, he will oversee the development and marketing of new products for current customers. Prior to Vertex, he worked as vice president of sales and marketing at Summer InfantsProducts Inc. and as sales and marketing manager for Teknor Apex. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Providence College.
