Astro-Med execs repay loans

WEST WARWICK – Astro-Med Inc. today said two corporate officers have eliminated their indebtedness to the company.

Chairman and CEO Albert W. Ondis had borrowed $321,640, and President and COO Everett V. Pizzuti had borrowed $131,624, in “unsecured, non-interest-bearing demand notes,” the company said. Both loans have repaid in full.
