Joseph J. Padula has been named executive vice president of Gencorp Insurance. He was previously an insurance agent there. Padula now is responsible for all aspects of infrastructure, administration and marketing, and serves as an account executive for selected clients. He received his MBA from the Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College.
