Gary C. Grondin, director of automobile finance, has been named an executive vice president at Citizens Bank in Providence. He most recently was senior vice president in the same position. Grondin joined Citizens in 1996 as vice president of Citizens Automobile Finance. He is responsible for developing and expanding indirect automobile and recreational vehicle business and state-of-the-art technology.
