Michael J. Payton has been appointed chief development officer for the Northern and Southern New England Chapter of the national Arthritis Foundation. He was formerly senior director for corporate, government and community relations for Reebok International Ltd. In his new role, Payton will direct government and legislative affairs, advocacy, public education, fund raising and media relations.
