Alan M. Shoer has joined Adler Pollock & Sheehan P.C. in Providence. He is a chair of the firm’s energy and telecommunications practice group and a partner in the corporate law group. Shoer is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maryland, Colorado and the District of Columbia. Shoer has a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and a law degree from Vermont Law School.
