Paul Kloiber has been appointed officer/branch manager of the Newport branch of Citizens Bank at Washington Square. He joined Citizens from Bank of America where he was a branch manager. Kloiber has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota. He is a mentor at the Melrose School in Jamestown. Kloiber lives in Warwick.
